Web designers are always looking for a better background, I understand.
The Piknik Color Picker is doing exactly this job, and is as easy as moving your mouse with wheel event while you are previewing all the RBG colors(true color). I guess there is nothing better for a background color previewer. (Alright, the Piknik Color Picker is not designed for background plan, but it is definitely the best one for background color choosing.)
